Processing and dispatch
Orders placed before 2 p.m. Pacific Time are dispatched within one business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
If you request a design preview, we wait for your approval before engraving. The one-business-day processing period begins after approval, subject to the 2 p.m. Pacific cutoff.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. There is no minimum order amount.
- Lower 48 states: estimated delivery 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses: estimated delivery 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are separate from processing time. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and military mail handling may affect delivery.
Expedited shipping
FedEx 2Day is $10 and is available only in the lower 48 states. The two-business-day transit time begins after dispatch; it does not include processing or design approval time.
International shipping
We do not currently ship internationally, except to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
