There is no custom-design fee. Choose a gift and add your engraving instructions on the product page.
Will I see my design before it is engraved?
Yes, if you request a free preview. Check the preview option on the product page. We wait for your approval before engraving and approval can add time to dispatch.
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. Pacific usually ship the same day or next business day. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days; expedited FedEx 2Day is $10. Requested previews can add approval time. See the shipping policy for destination details.
Shipping & deliveryCan I return a personalized gift?
