What to include in your message
- Gift: the product name or link, plus the quantity you need.
- Personalization: whether every gift uses the same design or each needs a different name or message.
- Occasion and deadline: your event date and when you need the gifts in hand.
- Delivery: the destination ZIP code or military address type, and whether there is one destination or several.
- Budget: your approximate budget per gift, if you have one.
We will need to confirm product availability, design requirements, pricing and timing for your request. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or reserve inventory. Any special arrangements must be confirmed before ordering.
Artwork and design previews
For a logo or custom design, email your PDF, EPS or JPEG to sales@froolu.com. Include your name and the product you are considering so we can match the artwork to your inquiry. Please use artwork you have permission to reproduce.
There is no custom-design fee. Free design previews are available on request; when requested, we wait for your approval before engraving. Design approval time is separate from shipping time.
